For decades Victoria has been known as the most "British" city in North America. Victoria's inner harbor is beautiful and is the hub of downtown activity. The harbour bustles with kayaks, float planes, yachts, whale-watching boats, tour boats, ferries and little floating water taxis.
Consider renting a car from Victoria to drive "up-island" to see Chemainus, Duncan, Nanaimo, the Pacific Rim National Rainforest and much more. Beautiful sandy beaches and boat rentals to whisk you onto the inside pasage await.
