Cancelation Charges
Charges will be based on teh date which cancelation notice is
received. Unused portions of you vacation are non-refundable
and are subject to applicable Canadian Taxes. Charges
and penalties are assessed in the currency they were originally
transacted or purchased in (CAD or USD).
Land Portion
More than 45 days prior to departure $200 per person
More than 36 days notice: $400 penalty per person
35-26 days notice: 50% of package price penalty
25-7 days prior: 75% of package price penalty
Under 7 days: 100% forfeited
All Rocky Mountaineer travel arrangements are fully non-refundable at 46 days
prior to departure
We recommend travel insurance to cover loss due to medical emergency or death
in the family.
