Prince Rupert is on the passenger line of VIA Rail.  It features service (via Prince George, Jasper, Edmonton, Winnipeg) all the way to Toronto.  Passengers can ride in Coach service as far as Jasper, Alberta and continue all the way to Eastern Canada in Private bedrooms on Trans-Continental "Silver and Blue Service".
